What we Do
We provide blockchain technology infrastructure services. We set up and run network infrastructure in the form of miners, nodes and validators on blockchains like Stacks, Ethereum and the Lightning network on Bitcoin. We contribute to the decentralization of these networks and ensure a frictionless transaction flow between users. Developers may use these Blockchains to build decentralized applications anyone can use. This new form of the internet is nowadays often referred to as Web3, but the label is not important. Services
As a blockchain infrastructure service provider, our goal is to build and maintain network nodes and connections on various blockchains. We believe in the power of decentralized network infrastructure for all kinds of use cases.
Currently, our services build on Bitcoin and Ethereum. On Bitcoin we support solutions for scaling the technology in order to make it useable in day-to-day transactions. On the one hand, we run nodes on the Stacks Blockchain, standalone Smart Contract-Blockchain connected to Bitcoin via the Proof-of-Transfer-Consensus (PoX). On the other hand, we also focus on the Lightning network for instant bitcoin payments, which is growing fast.
On Proof-of-Stake blockchains like Ethereum (Beacon Chain) we run validators.

What we do on Stacks
Stacks is a Layer 1 blockchain (a standalone blockchain) connected to Bitcoin. Stacks uses Bitcoin as a settlement-layer but makes it programmable and thereby increases its usability. On Stacks you can build, run and use decentralized applications secured by the Bitcoin Network, the biggest and most reliable blockchain in the world today. About MetaStack
MetaStack Data GmbH was founded by 3 blockchain enthusiasts in Vienna, Austria in 2021. We have been familiar with the blockchain space for a long time and decided to put our knowledge to practical use – in order to help building a better internet infrastructure for all of us.
We believe it makes sense to utilize the power of Bitcoin and make it more accessible for users and developers. Therefore we support the Lightning Network for super-fast and cheap Bitcoin-transactions as well as the Stacks Blockchain, which enables smart contracts secured by Bitcoin. On Proof-of-Stake blockchains like Ethereum (Beacon Cain) we run validators to support the network.
